CLTA Violation of CC&R Endorsement Guideline 100.27
Provides insurance to the ALTA lender against loss occasioned by a violation of the CC&Rs which is already in existence but results in:
Underwriting Requirements:(a) loss of lien, in whole or in part, prior to foreclosure.
(b) loss of title, in whole or in part, after the insured has acquired title.
(1) This endorsement is an alternative for the coverages provided under the CLTA 100 endorsement paragraphs 1(a) and 2(b).
(2) Therefore, title personnel must follow guidelines set out in the CLTA 100 Underwriting Guidelines for paragraphs 1(a) and 2(b).
