KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT the TRUSTEES OF THE ESTATE OF BERNICE PAUAHI BISHOP, hereinafter called the "Lessors", Lessors under that certain Lease No. ____________ dated ___________, 20_______, filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Document No. __________, duly noted on Certificate of Title No. __________, and/or recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances in Liber _______, Page _________, or as Document No. ____________, hereinafter called the "Lease", do hereby consent to that certain Assignment of Lease dated ________________, 20_____, made by and between
as Assignor, and
as Assignee, filed in said Office of the Assistant Registrar as Document No. ________, and/or recorded in said Bureau as Document No. _________, upon the express condition that this consent shall not be deemed or construed to be a waiver of any term, covenant, condition or provision contained in the Lease nor a consent to any other assignment thereof, nor shall it be deemed or construed to authorize any other or further assignment or sublease or modification of the Lease, that all rights of the Lessors under the Lease are hereby reserved and the said Assignment of Lease shall be subject to all the provisions of the Lease.
TRUSTEES NOT PERSONALLY LIABLE. This instrument has been executed by the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in their fiduciary capacities as said Trustees, and not in their individual capacities. No personal liability or obligation under this instrument shall be imposed or assessed against said Trustees in their individual capacities.
