Overlimit Authorizations

Dear Associates:

Attached is the most recent form of Overlimit Authorization which you should submit for approval of any commitment in accordance with your issuing agency underwriting agreement. Please fill in all blanks on the form. If the answer is no, not applicable or unknown, please indicate. This form should be signed by your office and submitted with a copy of the commitment.  

Overlimit Authorization requests can be emailed or faxed to our regional office.
