With respect to land not described in Section B above, no insurance is provided as to loss or damage with respect to the priority of any lien or encumbrance over the lien of the insured mortgage resulting from the modification to said mortgage or to the obligation secured thereby. Coverage provided by any prior endorsement to said policy shall not extend to the land described in Section B above, except to the extent of any additional endorsement attached to said policy contemporaneously with this endorsement.

This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, if any, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.
