ORS 86.140 requires that the beneficiary shall provide the Trustee with a request to reconvey within 30 days of the date of payment in full.

If a full reconveyance of trust deed has not been executed and recorded within 60 calendar days of the date the obligation was fully satisfied, then a title or escrow company is authorized to record a release of such Trust Deed.
