Vesting of Title

When title is doubtful and you except to a claimed interest, the Company prefers to refer to that interest in Schedule A.

Comment: If ownership is doubtful, disputed, or subject to cure by deeds, the Company prefers that the commitment (and any policy if not cured) refer to the adverse title or interest in the vesting recital.
