This Guarantee is issued to the County and City where the land is located to enable the City and county Planners to determine the identity of the parties required to sign the map certification. Liability is limited to a sum not exceeding $1,000.

There are no additional Guarantee Conditions and Stipulations attached to this Guarantee.
