NJRB 6-06 Standard Survey Exception (Revised 9/10/07)

STANDARD SURVEY EXCEPTION FOR COMMITMENT OR POLICY

Schedule B of the commitment or policy form or both may, at the issuing company’s discretion, have the following exception preprinted in the commitment or policy form or both:

            1.  Notwithstanding any provision of the policy to the contrary, any encroachment, encumbrance, violation, variation, or adverse circumstance affecting  the Title that would be disclosed by an accurate and complete land survey of the Land.
