Essential Service Templates

Title companies are in the financial services sector and have been defined as an essential service under any governmental order and, therefore, are exempt from any statewide local stay-at-home/shelter in place order when necessary to work from our offices or designated location.

If you are working in your office, you can use the template below with your company’s logo and information added in. Should you be questioned by local, state, or federal authorities regarding your travel to and from work, you can share this with those authorities.

In order for your offices to remain open and operate during any statewide local stay-at-home/shelter in place order, you will need to post a sign with the following copy on the exterior of your business (such as on the entrance):

[COMPANY NAME]: We are an essential business

All Employees and Visitors:
- Do not enter this office if you have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 24 hours: cough, fever, difficulty breatihing and/or abnormal fatigue.
- Adhere to social distancing measures and remain at least 6 feet apart.
