West Virginia Insurance Commission Informational Letter Number 119-B specifies the language which must be used if a policy on West Virginia property includes an arbitration provision. For simplicity, we have elected to delete the arbitration provision in its entirety.
All policies issued insuring West Virginia property must include the attached endorsement. For short form loan policies, make sure to check the box "addendum attached."
