Zoning Endorsement Forms; NJRB Form Nos. 5-44 and 5-45

Dear Associates:

The ALTA 3 and ALTA 3.1 (Zoning and Zoning - Completed Structure) Endorsements have been revised effective April 12, 1999. The revisions add coverage to include meeting zoning requirements for parking.

This issuance of this endorsement is considered an extra hazardous risk. All previous underwriting guidelines are still applicable and permission to issue these endorsements must be obtained from the State Office or a senior underwriter.

Please replace page 112 of your Manual of Forms with the ALTA 3 revised form and replace page 113 of the Manual with the ALTA 3.1, both of which are available through the references section at the end of this bulletin.

Also replace pages 35 and 36 of your Rate Manual (copies of these attachements may be obtained from the New Jersey District office).
