Guideline: ALTA Endorsement 25.1-06 (Same as Portion of Survey)
This endorsement insures that the description of the land shown in Schedule A is the same as the land shown on a defined parcel of the mentioned survey.
We require the following:
(a) A survey of the land prepared by a licensed surveyor or registered engineer.
(b) Verify that the survey is sufficient and consistent with regard to the establishment of record boundaries, controls, closure, etc.; and
(c) Based on a review of the land shown on the survey and the description of the land you are insuring, verify that the description of the land in your policy is identical to the land identified as a defined parcel on the survey. You must identify on the endorsement the applicable parcel(s) as shown on the survey that constitute the land. You must also identify the survey on the endorsement.

The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
