The Company assures, as of the Date of Endorsement, against loss or damage sustained by the Assured by reason of any matters recorded in the Public Records subsequent to the Date of Guarantee that would affect the assurances in Schedule A, except :

To the extent a provision of the guarantee or a previous endorsement is inconsistent with an express provision of this endorsement, this endorsement controls. Otherwise, this endorsement is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the guarantee and of any prior endorsements.
