STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY
| The Company insures against:
1. Loss or damage to the insured as a result of any locatable easement or other right of air space, ingress, egress, utilities, parking and/or other purposes described in any instrument listed on Schedule A of the Policy:
|(a) not being located substantially within the areas as shown on the survey prepared by __________________ , dated __________________ , as revised; or
|(b) not being binding upon the burdened estate and each successive owner thereof; or
|(c) not being enforceable by the mortgagee under the insured mortgage and each successor owner of the estate or interest described in Schedule A; or
|(d) not being prior to any lien or encumbrance which may come into existence after the date of this Policy on the servient estate encumbered thereby.|
THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL
2. Loss or damage to the insured as a result of any locatable easement or other right of air space, ingress, egress, utilities, parking and/or other purposes described under Schedule B of the Policy prohibiting [or impeding] access to or from the insured premises and the adjoining public streets.
This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.
