The Washington Department of Insurance has approved Stewart Title Guaranty Company’s latest endorsement rate submission. The new Washington rate filing has been approved for orders opened on or after July 14, 2025.
A copy of the revised Schedule of Charges for Title Insurance in the State of Washington (“Rate Manual”) is available here.
These rates have been provided to third-party title production system (TPS) vendors. Please contact your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new/revised rates implemented in your system.
A summary of the changes to the Rate Manual is outlined in the red-lined version that shows the changes made in this filing. (Available here.)
1. Removal of all language, pricing, and references to Commercial Endorsements for Commercial Transactions.
2. ALTA 8.1-06 Endorsement will now charge $100 to match the ALTA 8.2-06 pricing to create consistency for the ALTA 8 series pricing.
3. ALTA 9-06, 9.1-06, 9.2-06, 9.3-06, 9.6-06, 9.6.1-06, 9.9-06, and 9.10-06 Endorsements will now charge $100 to match ALTA 9.7-06 and 9.8-06 pricing to create consistency for the ALTA 9 series pricing.
