RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - CA RATES FILING - UPDATE

Dear Associates:

Stewart Title Guaranty Company (“STG” or “Company”) has received and responded to objections to its new amended Schedule of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance in the State of California ("STGC Manual"). Although there were not any substantive changes required, the effective date is now anticipated to be for new orders opened on or after July 7, 2025.

As provided in CA2025006 dated May 14, 2025, the REDLINE, and ACCEPTED versions of the STGC Manual were required to be posted for the requisite period and should remain posted until the new effective date. For your convenience, attached are the links to the updated redline and accepted versions reflecting the new effective date of July 7, 2025 - all other changes to those provided in the CA2025006 bulletin remain the same. (Click here to view a copy of the “Redline” and the “Accepted” versions).
