Stewart Title Guaranty Company has filed an updated Schedule of Charges for Title Insurance in Guam (STG Manual). This STG Manual has been approved by the Guam Department of Insurance and the updated rates will become effective June 2, 2025; please post as required. Attached are the links for your convenience. (Click here to view a copy of the “Redline” and the “Accepted” versions).
The following is an overview of changes to the STG Manual. However, to best understand the changes and which apply to you, the STG Manual itself should be read thoroughly and carefully in its entirety.
- Addition of Litigation Guarantee and Litigation Guarantee Endorsement with pricing.
- ALTA Endorsements added: 10, 10.1, 12, 12.1, 22.2, 23.1 and STG Date Down Endorsement.
- Change in pricing for ALTA 11 series endorsements.
