Stewart Title Guaranty Company (“STG” or “Company”) has received approval of its new amended Schedule of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance in the State of California ("STGC Manual"), effective for orders opened on or after April 21, 2025.
As provided in CA2025003 dated February 28, 2025, and CA2025004 dated March 10, 2025, the REDLINE, and ACCEPTED versions of the STGC Manual were required to be posted for the requisite period.
