Effective immediately, all policy issuing agents are instructed not to accept any orders or close any transactions involving the persons, premises and/or entities listed below without the prior written approval of Stewart Title Insurance Company Agency Legal Services.

Stewart Title Insurance Company will require the payment of all TEP assessments associated with any unit within the Property set forth above. A statement from the Trust must be obtained indicating the amount due and a paid receipt must be part of the closed file. In the event you have any difficulties, please contact Legal Services.
