Explanation:

This form shortens the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy by incorporating within it by reference the Covered Risks, Exclusions From Coverage, and Conditions of that policy.

Underwriting Requirements:

Issue the ALTA Short Form Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy based upon the same guidelines that apply to the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy. If you do not have enough room on the form for the Exceptions, you may mark the line which states "________ Addendum containing additional exceptions attached" and then add the Exceptions on an Addendum.
