CLTA Residential Structure-No Limitation Endorsement Guideline 126.3

Explanation:

This endorsement is commonly called the "homeowner's endorsement" and is identical to the CLTA 126 endorsement except that there is no limitation on the number of families that can be within the residential unit.

Underwriting Requirements:

(1) This endorsement is only to be used on 1-4 family residential properties.
(2) Any questions regarding this endorsement should be directed to the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty underwriting personnel.
