T-17 Checklist

T-17:  The T-17 Planned Unit Development endorsement is applicable primarily to  loan policies where a homeowners association hold title to common elements such as pools, landscaping, parks and the like.  Stewart provides a T-17 checklist that covers general violations of restrictions, reversionary rights, liens for assessments and charges, boundary protrusions, easement encroachments, and rights of first refusal.
