The Company insures that the presently contemplated construction on the land pursuant to and in strict accordance with ___________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________ will not violate the convenants, conditions and restrictions, affecting the title to the land referred to in this Policy.
A future violation of said covenants, conditions and restrictions will not cause a forfeiture or reversion of title.
As used in this endorsement, the words "covenants, conditions and restrictions" shall not be deemed to refer to or include any terms, covenants, conditions or limitations contained in an instrument creating a lease.
As used in this endorsement, the words "covenants, conditions and restrictions" shall not be deemed to refer to or include any covenants, conditons or restrictions relating to environmental protection.
THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL.
The total liability of the Company under said policy and any endorsements thereon shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said policy and costs which the Company is obligated under the conditions and stipulations thereof, to pay.
This endorsement is made a part of said policy and is subject to the schedule, conditions and stipulations therein, except as modified by the provisions hereof.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed as extending or changing the effective date of said policy, unless otherwise expressly stated.
