- Nassau County Tax Map Verification Fee
On December 14, 2016, the Nassau County Legislature approved Local Law 13-2016 to amend Section 6-33.0 of the Nassau County Administrative Code increasing the Tax Map Verification Letter fee from $225.00 to $355.00.
Effective January 1, 2017, the Department of Assessment will be required to collect an administrative fee of $355.00 per letter to process and provide a Tax Map Verification Letter.
