Dear Associates: 

This Bulletin is sent to remind you that all indemnity agreements accepted and relied upon to insure around a title defect must benefit Stewart Title Guaranty Company in addition to your agent office. 

Further considerations when accepting an indemnity agreement are outlined in Section 9.04.2 of the National Underwriting Manual on Virtual Underwriter.
