Closing Alert - Harold Bernard Wolfe, Mattroni Homes, Ltd.

Dear Clients:

Effective immediately, you are instructed not to obtain a Stewart Title Guaranty Company policy of insurance for transactions where one or more of the below listed names appear in the transaction, whether as lawyer, law clerk, paralegal, purchaser, vendor, mortgagor, corporate director or officer, or otherwise without first obtaining express written approval from the listed Stewart Representatives. 

Harold Bernard Wolfe
The above-named party is a retired solicitor who is no longer practicing law. It has come to the attention of Stewart Title that his identity may have been stolen, and an unknown individual may be impersonating him in order to complete real estate transactions.

Mattroni Homes Ltd.
The above-named entity is being represented as a home builder; however, a Corporate Profile Search conducted by Stewart Title on May 24, 2007, has revealed that no such entity exists.
