Dear Associates:

Stewart Title Guaranty Company has filed and received approval from the Louisiana Department of Insurance for premiums associated with the above referenced ALTA Endorsements.

Premium rates have changed on all of these forms except ALTA 6, 6.1, 6.2, 8.1, 9, and 11. ALTA Forms 14 thru 21 represent new filings for the state of Louisiana.

A listing of each endorsement and its premium charge is attached, as well as an underwriting guideline for and a sample copy of each endorsement.

The new premium rates will become effective September 1, 2006.
