Effective immediately, all policy issuing agents are instructed not to close on any transaction involving the below listed companies or individuals unless approval has been received in writing from the Stewart Title Guaranty Company's National Legal Department:

  • Ragip Sinan Mungan, d/b/a Mortgage Masters

  • Accent Title, Inc.

  • Home American Concepts, Inc.

  • Cedar Lane Land & Development Company

  • The Hearthland Foundation, Inc.

  • Creative Fiberglass Concepts International, Inc.

  • Zafer Roback

  • Carolyn Ann Roback

  • Ali E. Basal

  • Grady Douglas Simpson

Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York, ("Fidelity") filed a verified complaint in the Chancery Court for Knox County, Tennessee, captioned Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York v. Mary Cathryn Jedlicka, et al., Case No. 149906-1, naming the above individuals and entities as Defendants. Fidelity alleges various counts of wrongdoing.

In addition, Fidelity filed two separate verified complaints in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, captioned Fidelity v. Ali E. Basal, et al., Case No. 3:01-CV-124 and Fidelity v. Zafer Roback, et ux., Case No. 3:01-CV-123, alleging various counts of wrongdoing by the Defendants, respectively.

If your office has recently closed any transactions involving these entities or you have any pending transactions involving such entities, please contact Stewart Title Guaranty Company's National Legal Department.
