We have been advised by Robert R. Harpold, Jr., Staff Counsel for the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, that the West Virginia Housing Development Fund has approved Stewart Title's Short Form Residential Loan Policy for use on their mortgage loan transactions in West Virginia.
