A major question has arisen with regard to the ownership of the streets in a large area of West Palm Beach commonly know as Palm Beach Farms Company resulting from litigation between West Peninsular Title Company and Palm Beach County, Absolute, Inc., and the Estate of Alfred R. Cooper. The litigation is on appeal and it is expected that there may be additional litigation.

Accordingly, no Stewart Title insurance policies are to be written within this subdivision without the advance express written approval of Harold Hickman or myself or the Houston Legal Department.
