Sovereignty Lands

Dear Associates:

The State of Florida has claimed certain lands as sovereignty lands but there does not seem to be any comprehensive listing of all those lands throughout the state. However, we do have a list of subdivisions located in Pasco County, which list follows, on which no Stewart Title policy should be issued without the prior written approval of Harold Hickman or myself.
